Common Questions

How do I reset my password?
Click “Edit Profile” in the top right corner of any page on the site, and once you’re on your profile page, look for the option to set a new password.
Where do I find downloadable resources?
There are three ways to locate resources:

1. Inside lessons. Checklists, wallet cards, and other downloads appear within course content. Look for download buttons or links.

2. Dedicated section. Some courses have a Resources section—check the course menu.

3. Resource Library. Click “Resource Library” in the top menu. Type a keyword or two in the search bar.
Can I access courses on my mobile device?
Yes. Stella Learning works on tablets and smartphones. While longer courses are easier on desktop, you can access all content and download resources from any device.
How long do I have to complete a course?
There’s no time limit. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can stop and resume at any time. Course access doesn’t expire.
