Course Overview
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) use cooling systems to manage heat generated during charging and discharging cycles. Two common types are air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems.
In this 60-minute course, you’ll learn about the features of both air- and liquid-cooled CLOU BESS, including system overviews, monitoring, and the benefits and drawbacks of each type of system.
- Identify key structural and operational differences between air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems
- Explain the advantages and limitations of each cooling technology
